A high performance boxer-brief made with luxurious merino wool and fused with our SilverAir anti-odor technology. A silicone grip system prevents the legs from riding up or bunching. Perfect for travel but so comfortable you'll want to wear them every day.
We want you to love your gear and offer a try-on guarantee for your first pair of underwear. If you don't love it, let us know within 30 days of purchase and we'll send you a different size or take it back and issue a full refund.
For the base fabric of this underwear, we sourced ultra fine 17.5 Micron New Zealand Merino Wool for it's natural ability to regulate temperature and resist odor, while having a buttery soft hand feel that is dry to the touch. SilverAir metallic yarns neutralize bacteria and reinforce odor-control. Finally, a hint of spandex is added so the underwear does not lose it's shape over time. The waistband is constructed with a double-soft nylon that feels like a cloud on the skin and will not leave any marks.
Merino wool is naturally resistant to odor-causing bacteria, but silver actively neutralizes any bacteria it comes into contact with. That's why we infuse our SilverAir technology into the underwear to give it the best possible anti-odor performance in the market.
Inspired by grip systems in high-end cycling apparel, we designed a custom grip using soft silicones that you barely feel against your skin but which creates just enough resistance for the leg band to stay in place.
I'm always on the lookout for a better pair of underwear. I've been wearing ExOfficio stuff for a while now, and despite backing numerous Kickstarters and other outlets I've not been able to find anything comparable. Then I received my YAthletics Flyless Boxer Brief. I'm wearing it for work, for athletics, and just sitting around the house. After a few weeks, they've become my favorite underwear by a longshot. I'm on here to order more! The length of the brief is right for me, and the adhesive helps keep them from rolling up most of the time (better than basically every other pair I've tried). The material is soft but has a sturdy feel to it. It dries quickly, and it does a good job of absorbing a little sweat without feeling like it weighs 20lbs. I do feel compelled to mention the sizing due to a remark from another reviewer. He said that he recommended sizing down. That's completely the opposite of my experience. In almost every brand I go with a Large, but I found the XL to be a perfect fit here.
They are a bit tight around the groin, and they slide up
I recommend these to all my friends, I'm a huge fan.
The SilverAir Merino Wool briefs are the best underwear I have ever worn, they are simple great. Comfortable, durable and good looking too!
These are an indulgence, so I've asked for these underwear as Christmas presents for the past three years. I now have enough to wear these every day. There are lots of reviews here that complain about build quality/fabric longevity. If you're reading this and wondering whether you should buy, note that wool needs special care. I wear them just like any other underwear, but when washing them, I always use a delicate cycle and dry them with no heat. I occasionally wash them with a special wool detergent (Eucalan) to restore the natural lanolin. Mine have held up extremely well.
