All our socks are backed by a 1 year durability guarantee. If your sock rips or tears within 1 year of purchase, we will replace it for free. You'll only have to cover a flat fee for shipping the new socks to you ($5 within USA, $15 to Canada, and $20 to other countries)
HOW TO OBTAIN REPLACEMENTS
- Email hello@yathletics.com with your order number and a picture of the damaged sock.
- We'll look into it and once approved, we will email you a replacement confirmation. In certain cases we may also send you a pre-paid return label to ship the damaged sock back to us.
- Follow instructions on the confirmation email to pay for shipping.
- Expect to receive your replacement socks in 3-5 business days.
